"The. BEST! I just switched and thought I had pretty good agent before; he was good, but after sitting down with EDLEEN, she runs circles around any other agent I’ve spoken too! Not only is she patient, she makes sure you understand EVERYTHING! Insurance can be confusing, so asking questions is common. Go ahead and fire away; Edleen will answer anything and everything. She truly cares about her clients and their families. And after having my first child, there are some things I never thought about or realized; but Edleen made sure to discuss it and help figure out what was necessary for my family. "My old insurance company was not only incompetent but each person you talked to gave a different answer to my questions (once you finally got off of hold that is).
